Two weeks ago , my Irish host/server has removed/deleted my Irish web site - The Missing Persons Issue Ireland - www.esatclear.ie/~cairhaven
I have made history in relation to social and political free speech web sites in Ireland!
I have achieved the unenviable distinction of being the first Irish based web site to be removed by an Irish Internet/telephone company!

Several weeks ago I discovered my web site on my Irish host was no longer on the Internet. I immediately contacted technical support who informed me "they were moving all sites on "Esatclear" to a different server". This I thought was fine until several days later when I spoke to a different "tech" operator/assistant, who knew "nothing" of the server move! I got suspicious and after several phone calls to different Depts in ESAT( my Irish host) , an American guy called Robbie, admitted that my site had been removed because I broke the terms of the contract with ESAT. I pressed "Robbie" to tell me which articles on my site broke the contract;however he would not specify, instead he continued to raise his voice, all the while repeating that I broke the contract!
After a heated argument, Robbie finally admitted that there had been complaints from the Irish Police and "others"!
The "others' were not named!
I have taken legal advice and I am demanding to be told which articles on my web site offended, broke the terms of the contract with ESAT!
I am at present awaiting a reply from ESAT.
My experience should be a warning for all other such Freedom of Speech web sites around the world!
Whose site will be next , in your countries?
If you would like to help, petition ESATFUSION in Dublin to reinstate my Irish web site! ESAT also own the IOL service in Ireland.
All who believe in Democracy and Freedom of speech should take note!

However, thanks to several USA based servers , I still have my site mirrored and on the Internet!
