MEP asks ESAT to explain why "The Missing Persons Issue Ireland" web site was removed!

Article in the Irish Sunday People July 14th 2002.
Headline: "Investigator's fury as missing people web site shut down".
The Irish Sunday People tabloid published this article which exposed ESAT after it deleted "The Missing Persons Issue Ireland" web site on its server.
The very question of Free Speech has been brought into the spotlight by ESAT's pre-emptive actions!
I have contacted the Irish Council for Civil Liberties already and have discussed my case with Malachy Murphy, their Internet representative. He has confirmed that my site has set a precedent by being the first Irish site to be deleted by an Irish telephone host, simply because they did not like its contents!
I also contacted the Data Protection Office which has offered to investigate if no satisfactory reply is forthcoming from ESAT!
Finally, but not least, Patricia McKenna MEP, has already written to ESAT requesting the reasons why my site was removed! She has acknowledged that so far her office has received no response from ESAT!
All that ESAT will say is: they are examining the contents of the aforementioned web site!
