Letter of a USA based abuse victim

First i want to say that i have written hundreds of letters to many people in authority, and asked for their attention.
What gives the bishops and cardinals, the right to deal with a pedophile within their own ranks. this is a felony, and must be turned over to the district attorney for indictment. it is like a bunch of murderers that are bonded together, and when one kills someone, they dont call the police, they deal with it internally. this is so absurd. how can we get this obvious miscarriage of justice, straightened out? it is a crime.
I am fifty-eight years old, but never have i forgotten what i saw and expierienced at st. colmans home in watervliet, new york. i havee been beaten to within an inch of my life, on many occasions at st. colmans, and there are others. it just seemed like the nuns knew how much each one of us could take, without killing us. the problem is, that i was in the infirmary at st. colmans home in 1953, when one of the nuns had gone to far. there was another little boy in the infirmary named gilbert bonneau. Little gilbert was beaten so bad with a large stick, that he was screaming in pain, and he could not stop screaming. after a couple attempts to tell gilbert to shut up, gilbert couldnt. i saw the nun put the pillow over gilberts head, and then there was no more screaming, or moving by gilbert. a few days later i was at his funeral. there has been a couple more un-explained deaths at st. colmans home, but they must have power with the local law enforcement officials. who is going to believe us? our word against powerful nuns in 1953. no no never would any of us be believed, but gilbert was murdered, and i am the witness who saw the whole thing, from beginning to end. i am also a victim of repeated rapes and terrible beatings, but i am old now, and crippled. who wants me to keep telling what i know. i will tell it until i die. my email is in america. its couch@attbi.com If anyone reads this and can just help justice to prevail, please contact me. i cant undo what has been done, but someone has to be held accountable. you just cant rape and beat little children to death, or can they? help, i am poor, and dont have what it takes to get to albany new york, and get to the district attorney. the bishop of that diocese's wrote me and said talk to my lawyers.
