A SATAN-worshipping 16-year-old who heard
the devil's voice planned to kill his parents, two
school friends and finally himself, a court has been
told.
In the end, police arrived at his Sydney home
shortly after 7am on March 25, 2008, to find his
father dead, his mother seriously wounded and the boy
freshly showered and dressed ready for school with a
23-centimetre knife in his bag.
In his school bag and bedroom, officers found
numerous drawings, textbooks and exercise books full
of handwritten "musings" on Satanism and
the afterlife, a judge was told at the start of his
murder trial in the NSW Supreme Court.
Now 18, the youth has pleaded not guilty to the
murder of his father, and not guilty to the attempted
murder of his mother for reasons of mental illness.
In his opening address at the judge-alone trial in
Sydney on Monday, Crown prosecutor Peter Miller said
the boy's mother woke her son at 6.15am as usual in
their Baulkham Hills home.
Following her downstairs a short time later, the
boy allegedly asked her whether the family's cat was
inside and attacked her when she went to the back
windows to check.
"In the reflection of the glass she then saw
the accused behind her, coming towards her with a
knife," Mr Miller said.
"He stabbed her a number of times and said
she deserved it and he hoped she would be a better
person in the afterlife."
The boy's father came running down the stairs
after hearing his wife's screams and was attacked at
the kitchen doorway, Mr Miller said.
"She could hear her husband calling out to
her son words to the effect of 'My God, you're
killing me - I'm dying'," he said.
The boy's father died from his injuries at the
scene.
When the boy went upstairs to change his t-shirt,
his mother called emergency services telling them:
"My son's going to kill me now".
Police were on the doorstep by the time he
returned downstairs.
He told paramedics at the scene: "I just
murdered my parents", the court was told.
The court was told the boy had an interest in
Satanism and had notebooks full of
"meditations" on the afterlife.
Psychiatric examinations revealed the boy was
delusional and had - on at least three separate
occasions - heard what he thought to be the devil's
voice, Mr Miller said.
"He had a firmly held belief that he could
influence his own afterlife," he said.
One document found with the codename 5455 - which
spells out "kill" on a phone keypad -
revealed what appeared to be an even more sinister
plot than what occurred.
The original plan had been to kill two boys who
attended his school, before taking his own life, Mr
Miller said.
He had even written a suicide note, the court was
told.
That plan was scuppered because on the day in
question - a week earlier than the attack on his
parents - his father had gone to work earlier than
expected.
The boy's defence barrister Andrew Haesler SC says
his client has a defence of mental illness available
to him because he suffers from schizophrenia.
"All the experts agree the accused cannot
think naturally ... (he) suffers from a disease of
the mind," Mr Haesler told the court filled with
members of the boy's family.
The trial before Justice Clifton Hoeben will
resume on Tuesday.

Lisbon Treaty, but to say YES this time instead of

Few countries have still to sign the Lisbon Treaty,
the rewritten EU Constitution (our Government have
already signed. You did not get the referendum you
were promised by the Labour Government and the
Lib-Dems). When they do we will all be trapped in the
new European Union state with virtually no scope to
leave. You will lose your country as you sleep.

The British Parliament will have virtually no powers,
a situation of which Ken Clarke, the pro-EU
Conservative politician approves.
I have spent 13 years opposing this EU. Many people
to whom I will send this message may think that the
EU is just a chummy trading arrangement. Be assured
that it's not chummy and its not a trading
arrangement. And it's certainly not liberal or
democratic yet it is totally supported by the
Liberal-Democrats.
As Peter Mandelson said

Does Post-Democracy sound alright. It's NOT!
It's the ongoing creation of a new Soviet-style
governance that is beyond the control of its citizens
by democratic vote, and in which the protection of
the individual from the state disappears. i.e. no
Habeus Corpus & Trial by Jury. We are back
to the Dark Ages.
Couple this with the fact that certain state
officials, including certain members of the EU
gendarmerie, are beyond the law. i.e. a police state.
The hundreds of years that have been spent since
Henry VIII in creating a democratic Britain will have
been wasted.
We are already having to fear the EU powers of the
state adopted by our Government, from local council
dustbin inspectors to shoot-to-kill police.
One definition of democracy is when the state
fears the vote of its citizens. Post-democracy is
when the citizens fear the state because voting is
pointless and the lawmakers cannot be removed through
the ballot box. Robert Mugabe's Zimbabwe is the
extreme case.
Britain has little money and is heavily in debt, as
are its citizens. Its private pension funds have been
raided and decimated. Companies allowed to run down
pension pots for staff, whilst bankers and company
moguls stuff their pockets.
Meanwhile, the bureaucratic sector grows and has
future pension pledges we cannot afford. Chief
Executives of quangos, Local Authorities and NHS,
Police and Bank of England lard their pockets too.
Our strategic assets and industries have been
'modernised', then privatised, then globalised and
sold off to EU companies and others to fund
government contributions to the EU. Then shut down by
our competitors in the EU and elsewhere. Where are
our major employers now? Gone or controlled by
overseas companies.
Very few major GB-owned strategic companies now
survive to earn our keep. Our Defence Forces do not
have many GB-supplied armaments to defend us from our
enemies.
That you work for EU companies, drive EU cars,
insure with EU companies, have your money in EU
banks, have loans from EU mortgage lenders, ride on
public transport made in the EU, have your gas
supplied by EU companies etc. etc. is not an
accident.
However, the EU system ensures that the Germans and
the French have a better standard of living, have
less debts, less immigration and better roads,
education, services Etc. Etc. That is not an
accident. Ask yourself who created the EU and who run
it.
French farmers, the votes of whom keep their
government in power, are rewarded with annual grants
from the EU Common Agrcultural Policy to the tune of
£6billion - to which the British contribute about
£5billion.
THIS IS NOT AN ACCIDENT EITHER. GERMANY AND FRANCE
MAKES THE EU WORK FOR GERMANY AND FRANCE. THEY
FINANCIALLY PROTECT THEIR 'FRIEND' SPAIN WITH THE
COMMON FISHERIES POLICY.
Britain was never allowed to be at the 'heart of
Europe'. It already belonged to Germany and
France. This is the vital text of their joint TREATY

Eighteen people have been charged after a failed
attempt to fly more than 100 African children out of
Chad amid claims they were orphans from Darfur.
Nine French aid workers and journalists, seven
Spanish flight crew and two Chadian nationals were
charged with kidnapping.
A judge in the city of Abeche also agreed to allow
prosecutors' charges of complicity against three
French journalists and the flight crew.
The Europeans were detained in Abeche last
Thursday as they prepared to fly 103 children out of
the country. The charity behind the flight claimed it
was innocent, saying it believed the children were
orphans from Darfur, the war-ravaged region of Sudan.
However staff from the UN children's agency Unicef
say many of the children, now at an orphanage in
Abeche, cry at night for their parents and say they
are from villages in Chad.
Some of the children have said their parents were
still alive and they were lured from their villages
on the Chad-Sudan border with offers of sweets and
biscuits.
Chad's Interior Minister Ahmat Mahamat Bachir
warned the aid workers from the French charity Zoe's
Ark could spend several years in jail. The nine
French detainees will face charges of attempted child
abduction and fraud, the prosecutor's office said.
The seven Spaniards will be charged with being
accomplices to the crime, as will the two
unidentified Chadian nationals.
It is possible the prisoners will be transferred
to a jail in the capital, N'Djamena, where another
European - a Belgian pilot - is in detention but is
not reported to be facing charges.
Most of the children are believed to be between
three and five years, with the oldest perhaps nine.
The charity says it was trying in good faith to take
children abroad for medical treatment. But aid
workers said they were not treating any of the
children for any serious illnesses or injuries.
The children were due to be housed in host
families who paid the group several thousand euros
each.
Zoe's Ark said the operation offered a better life
to orphans from Sudan's war-torn Darfur region, many
of whose people have fled over the border to camps in
Chad.
Zoe's Ark had previously said it aimed to have
children adopted but stopped referring to adoption,
which is not authorised in Chad or Sudan, after
France's Foreign Ministry issued a warning about the
group in August. The ministry said there was no
guarantee the children were helpless orphans.
French President Nicolas Sarkozy has said the
charity workers' actions were illegal and
unacceptable, while Chad's President Idriss Deby has
promised "severe punishment" for what he
has described as a " kidnapping" or
"child trafficking" operation.
He suggested the children could have ended up
being sold to a paedophile ring or used to supply
human organs.
"These people ... treat us like animals. So
this is the image of the saviour Europe, which gives
lessons to our countries. This is the image of Europe
which helps Africans," Chad's official
presidency Web site quoted Deby as saying.
Interior Minister Ahmat Bachir said if they were
found guilty, they would face up to 20 years in jail
with hard labor. Prisoners in Chad are often put to
work for the state.
Gilbert Collard, a lawyer for Zoe's Ark, accused
Chad's government of using the situation for
political ends. He said the children were from a
region on the border between Chad and Sudan and
"we are unable to tell which country they are
from".
The incident threatens to complicate relations
between France and its former colony. A predominantly
French European Union force is preparing to deploy in
eastern Chad, one of Africa's most violent regions,
to protect civilians there.
The French ambassador in Chad has said those
involved in trying to fly out the children would have
to face Chadian justice.
"We hope the Spanish, who in the end were
those that did the transport, are not responsible,
remain uninvolved and can return home as quickly as
possible," Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel
Moratinos said late on Monday.

WHO has begun probing the claim that H1N1 may have
evolved while growing virus in labs for making
vaccines.
The swine flu causing H1N1 virus that is
threatening to wreak havoc in the world through
unleashing a pandemic may have been created in a lab
as a result of a human error.
H1N1 virus could have accidentally evolved in eggs
scientists use to grow viruses and drug makers while
making vaccines, said Adrian Gibbs, an Australian
researcher.
Adrian Gibbs, who worked with the Swiss drug maker
Roche research to develop the high profile flu drug
oseltamivir (Tamiflu), said he came across this while
working to trace the H1N1’s origins by analyzing
its genetic blueprint.

“It could be a mistake” that occurred at
a vaccine production facility or the virus could have
jumped from a pig to another mammal or a bird before
reaching humans, Gibbs stated in an interview report
by Bloomberg.
Adrian Gibbs is well-versed in germ evolution as
he has more than 40 years of exposure in this area.
Gibbs authored more than 250 scientific publications
on viruses during his career at the Australian
National University in Canberra, according to
biographical information on the university’s Web
site.
Gibbs is among the first scientists to analyze the
genetic makeup of the virus that was identified three
weeks ago in Mexico.
Gibbs and two colleagues analyzed the publicly
available sequences of hundreds of amino acids coded
by each of the flu virus’s eight genes.
Gibbs is planning to publish his findings in a in
a medical journal.
According to Gibbs, by pinpointing the source of
the virus, scientists also may better understand the
microbe’s potential for spreading and causing
illness.
Meanwhile, WHO is reviewing Gibb’s report
that was submitted last week.
If the virus has originated from lab
experimentation or vaccine production it could turn
out to be more lethal and warrant indicate a greater
need for security, Fukuda said Keiji Fukuda, the
agency’s assistant director-general of health
security and environment.
The WHO’s collaborative influenza research
centers and sites in Memphis, Melbourne, London and
Tokyo, were asked by the international health agency
to review the study over the weekend, Fukuda said.
WHO also made requests to scientists at the Food
and Agriculture Organization in Rome, the World
Organization for Animal Health in Paris, as well as
the WHO’s influenza network.
However, Gibbs arguments have not gone down very
well among the scientific community.“We are
interested in the origins of this new influenza
virus,” said Nancy Cox, director of the
agency’s influenza division, the U.S. Centers
for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, which
received the report.
“But contrary to what the author has found,
when we do the comparisons that are most relevant,
there is no evidence that this virus was derived by
passage in eggs,” she was quoted as
saying.
Swine flu has already spread to 30 countries and
infected 5,251 people, so far. Sixty-one people have
died, including 56 in Mexico, three in the U.S., and
one each in Canada and Costa Rica. The US confirmed
2,618 cases in 44 states, according to the Centers
for Disease Control and Prevention.
Research is underway to determine whether the
virus will mutate and become more deadly if it
spreads to the Southern Hemisphere. Flu pandemics
occur when a strain of the disease to which few
people have immunity evolves and spreads.
The H1N1 virus strain causing the current
outbreaks is a new virus that has not been seen
previously in either humans or animals. Although firm
conclusions cannot be reached at present, scientists
anticipate that pre-existing immunity to the virus
will be low or non-existent, or largely confined to
older population groups.
H1N1 appears to be more contagious than seasonal
influenza. The secondary attack rate of seasonal
influenza ranges from 5% to 15%. Current estimates of
the secondary attack rate of H1N1 range from 22% to
33%, according to a statement on the WHO’s Web
site.

Police spent months investigating claims of abuse
at Haut de la Garenne
A man has pleaded guilty to
sexually abusing boys at a Jersey care home.
Michael Aubin admitted two counts of gross
indecency and two counts of indecent assault on
children under 10-years-old at Haut de la Garenne.
The Jersey-born cleaner, 46, from Southampton,
Hampshire, carried out the attacks while a teenager
at the home in the 1970s.
He pleaded guilty at Jersey's Royal Court, having
earlier denied three further counts of indecent
assault.
They will be dealt with after Aubin is sentenced
on 22 June.
Stephen Baker, prosecuting, said the pleas were
accepted after "detailed discussions" with
the police and the victims in the case.
"Each [of the complainants] is in agreement
with the position the Crown is to take," he
said.
This was a very disturbed young man in his
teens - quite what was going through his mind is
impossible to tell
Aubin is the first person to be convicted
following a wide-ranging police investigation into
historic child abuse on the island.
It centred on the Haut de la Garenne care home and
police amassed a list of 40 suspects after scores of
people came forward claiming they were sexually and
physically abused there.
Aubin had told police in interview that he had
been a victim of abuse while resident at the home, Mr
Baker told the court.
Psychological experts believe Aubin could have
enjoyed being abused and when he was older he in turn
"dominated" young children, the prosecutor
said.
"The boys did not resist at the time,"
said Mr Baker.
"It may be that, in Aubin's disturbed mind,
he mistook the lack of resistance for compliance.
"It seems plain that this was a very
disturbed young man in his teens. Quite what was
going through his mind is impossible to tell."
Aubin was remanded in custody.

On February 17, 1950, CFR member
James Warburg (banker, and architect of the Federal
Reserve System) stated before a Senate Foreign
Relations Committee,
"We shall have one
world government whether or not you like it, by
conquest or consent."
Again, the media remained silent.
In the April 1974 issue of the CFR journal,
"Foreign Affairs", page 558, Richard
Gardener states that the new world order
"will be built... but
an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it
piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the
old fashioned frontal assault."
Congressman McDonald, Heinz and
Tower stated that this is a conspiracy. Again, the

Larry McDonald was killed along with 268 other
passengers on Korean Air Lines (KAL) flight 007, shot
down over Sakhalin Island in the Sea of Japan.
According to one version, all bodies were
recovered, except the bodies of the pilot and
copilot. Some of the extremely suspicious information
regarding KAL 007 include that the Flight was off
course with plenty of fuel while commercial flights
commonly take a short cut over Sakhalin when low on
fuel. Radio response in Russian airspace is
commonplace with Russian pilots monitoring the path
of commercial planes; Russian pilots radioed KAL 007
with no response from the pilots; Russian pilots
fired warning shots with visible tracers past the
cockpit; the KAL pilots did not acknowledge the
warning shots or tracers; Two parachutes were seen by
inhabitants of the Aleutian islands prior to the
plane being shot down; the Flight recorder was
recovered by a US. Submarine but the data was
classified by the CIA. The media reporting was scant
and short-lived and not a single mention was publicly
made about the fact that McDonald had been heading a
congressional effort to expose what he called a
dangerous international conspiracy. According to
another version, the plane landed on Sakhalin Island.

aircraft had been shot down by Soviet fighter planes

days after the event...the damage control operation

OSS agent Hilaire duBerrier and by officials at John
Birch Society's headquarters and also via associates
of Dr. McDonald, through his Western Goals
Foundation.
Not coincidentally, 1988 was the year that George
Bush ran for the Presidency and won. George Herbert
Walker Bush had been or was, currently, Director of
the Central Intelligence Agency; Ambassador to the
United Nations; Chairman of the Republican National
Committee; a prominent member and director in the
Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral
Commission and Yale's Masonic Order of Skull &
Bones, chapter 322.
Dr. Larry McDonald was the loudest, most
sophisticated, elegant and handsome opponent of World
Government on the face of the planet. He was our
Patrick Henry and Ben Franklin and George Washington
and Thomas Jefferson, rolled up into one. The man was
a soul on fire. Things came to loggerheads. There was
no avoiding it. And when the word came, Larry
McDonald was TAKEN OUT--assassinated--UPON ORDERS OF
U.S. CIA, for exposing and attempting and threatening
to expose the inner-sanctum secrets of the planners
of World Government."

Early in 1985, while as a criminal justice student
at Arizona State University, Todd Brendan Fahey
attended a gathering at Clarendon Towers, Phoenix (a
ritzy high-rise), where lived J. Wayne Watson, then a
member of the National Council of the John Birch
Society. Mr. Watson had sort of taken him under his
wing and was instrumental in channeling donations
into Students for the John Birch Society at ASU, of
which he was founder and chapter leader.
The guest speaker at Clarendon Towers was one
Hilaire duBerrier--a former operative of the OSS
(Office of Strategic Services, under the command of
"Wild" Bill Donovan), which was the
precursor to the CIA. Mr. duBerrier was Larry
McDonald's most-trusted advisor. At this meeting, Mr.
duBerrier reported (and which was filmed by an old
doctor in Phoenix, whose name Todd possesses, and who
is now deceased; the whereabouts of this
videocassette are unknown at this time) that:...
"1) Lawrence Patton McDonald was a cousin of the
late General George S. Patton.
2) General George S. Patton had collaborated with
German spymaster Reinhard Gehlen (Gehlen Org), toward
re-arming the remainder of the German army and
mounting a German/US invasion of the Soviet Union.
3) Through nepotism and the fact that Larry
McDonald was a genius and a master spy himself,
eventually Gehlen Org was given over to Congressman
Larry McDonald. Larry McDonald possessed most of the
secrets held by the legendary Reinhard Gehlen, and
Gehlen's operatives were now under the control of
Larry McDonald.
4) Congressman McDonald had planted personnel
sympathetic to the U.S. Constitution and Bill of
Rights deep into 5 or 6 international Embassies, by
which McDonald could obtain information pertinent to
the goings-on of these nations.
5) Congressman McDonald had also, somehow,
impossibly, managed to retrieve and secure nearly the
sum-total of the House Un-American Activity
Committee's (HUAC) records of the 1950s, which held
sensitive information relative to communist
infiltration of many branches of the U.S. Government,
including the State Department and Dept. of Treasury,
and also files on Hollywood leftists/communists. Many
of McDonald's staffers called his office, 'HUAC
East.'
6) Dr. McDonald had extremely friendly and
cooperative relationships with at least six (6) U.S.
military Generals and two (2) Naval Admirals.
It is surmised by some that the failsafe mechanism
that Larry McDonald was building was--in any case of
extreme breach of the Constitution--to mount a coup
upon Washington, D.C., whereby Larry McDonald and his
vast military "followers" (and given the
names of the Generals and Colonels loyal to McDonald,
there would have been two hundred thousand ready
participants, at the whistle call) and would surround
Washington D.C. and seize back the control of the
U.S. Constitution, as it was intended to be exercised
by our Founders."

In the 1970's and the 1980's, Congressman Larry
McDonald was the one who spearheaded the efforts
against the Bush version of the New World Order. As a
sovereigntist and Constitutionalist, a mortal foe of
the Council on Foreign Relations and Trilateral
Commission, of which so many in Washington are a
part--then State Department Secretary George P.
Schultz and President George Herbert Walker Bush both
prime-movers in the rush to Globalism--it is as if it
was decided, by the powers-that-be, that Larry
McDonald and the 61 other Americans aboard Korean
Airlines flight 007 might better to be put to rest.
In 1976 he wrote the introduction to the
"Rockefeller File", a book exposing the
Rockefeller' financial holdings and secret
intentions. The book supposedly revealed that the
Rockefeller had as many as two hundred trusts and
foundation type organizations, and that the actual
number of such foundations controlled by the family
might well number into the thousands. Such control IS
possible because Rockefeller banks, such as Chase
Manhattan, have become the trustees for many other
U.S. foundations as well; possessing the right to
invest and to vote the capital and common stock of
these institutions--through the trust department of
the bank.
McDonald did everything in his power to warn the
American public. However, as usual, the attempt was
to no avail. He stated unequivocally, that the
Rockefeller intended to control "--first our own
country, and then the world!" He went on to
state. "Do I mean conspiracy? Yes, yes I do. I
am convinced there is a plot, national and
international."
