Phillip
Cairns went missing on the 23th October 1986, just
before Halloween and just after his thirteenth
birthday
Thousands
upon thousands of people have gone missing around the
world since the early 1970s. I pick the early
seventies as a starting point because from then on
people started to go missing at a much higher rate
than in previous decades in this century. The reasons
for this increase has only become clear in the mid to
late nineteen nineties when whistleblowers such as
Alex Constantine, and former Satanic cult members
published their testimonies which told of abducted
children and ritual murders.
When
Phillip Cairns went missing in the mid nineteen
eighties no-one could have imagined the probable and
terrible purpose for his abduction.
NB. It
should be noted that the dates when Phillip went
missing have a very strong satanic significance!
Phillip
lived at 38 Ballyroan Road, Templeogue in the
foothills of the Dublin Mountains. He had just
started attending 1st year at secondary school and at
12.30pm on the 23rd October 1986 he returned home
from school at lunch-time. He was due to return to
school after lunch and usually left his home at
1.30pm. His grandmother Mae was the last person to
see Phillip alive on that day and she said that
Phillip had shouted to her before he left the house.
Phillip
never arrived at his school which was a quarter of a
mile from his home and when he did not return home
that evening his family got concerned. On the
following day the police were called in and a formal
search was set up. Local people organised their own
search groups alongside the Civil Defense and
official police searches .Rivers ,lakes and the
Dublin Mountains were searched but no trace of
Phillip was found. Six days after Phillip went
missing his school bag was found in a laneway near
Ann Devlin Road in the nearby locality. The fact that
his bag was found in a laneway , which was in
constant use ,6 days after he went missing posed the
question; was this a deliberate attempt to mislead
the investigation and the public. The question of
Phillip's school bag has never been satisfactorally
explained, how did it get there and who put it there!
Another
important point is obvious in this case , no-one saw
Phillip walking on the route between his home and the
school on the 23rd October, which in itself it very
strange.
In the
weeks following Phillip's disappearance there were
over 400 so-called sightings of him , none of which
produced a genuine lead.
NB.The
false leads tactic has been used in many
subsequent missing persons cases in Ireland.
There were hundreds of telephoned false leads in
the case of missing person Ellen Coss who went
missing on the 3rd November 1999
However
, certain persons came forward who claimed that
Phillip Cairns was abducted by a religious sect and
taken to England. Another allegation was that a
"person" living in Ballyroan Road was
responsible for Phillip's abduction. The Garda denied
that there was any truth in the cult allegations but
the Cairns house and garden were searched as part of
the investigations. It was known that Mrs Alice
Cairns belonged to a local " prayer" group
and was described by Garda as a deeply religious
person. The cult allegations were widely publicised
at that time on TV and in the press , but it is
amazingly difficult to trace any records of the
Phillip Cairns case in this present time of the early
21st century.
In the
following weeks and months the Phillip Cairns story
was often in the news simply because it was uncommon
for a young boy to go missing at that time in the mid
nineteen eighties in Ireland.
We
can look back on those carefree pre -eighties
times with great envy and wish that they would
return.
Phillip
Cairns's aunt ,Terry Moore , appeared on the Gay
Byrne Show, Ireland's Saturday night talk show ,and
said that Phillip could have been picked up on the
street between house and school by someone he knew.
She said Phillip would only have got into a car with
someone he trusted and it could be someone close to
the immediate family.
In the
nineteen nineties RTE (Irish Television) produced a
series on the Irish missing called, "Solved and
Unsolved" . Phillip Cairns's story was one of
these programs and I made a video copy of it.
........My name is Jim
Cairns ! I lived in South Antrim , Northern Ireland
before 12th August 1994 . I fled to Kilkenny on the
14th August 1994, after a UVF murder/abduction
attempt on me failed on the 12th August 1994. The
story of my discoveries is outlined in an essay

Part of
my story involves the Phillip Cairns case and it has
many similarities and connections , not least the
sharing of the same name .
I
settled in Kilkenny in August 1994 after my troubles
with the UVF in Ulster . I was living in a rented
house in Kilkenny city in 1995 when a new couple
moved into a vacant house next door to mine. The man
who moved into the adjacent house was a member of a
"religious" cult which is called the
"Born Again Christians". In the months and
years between 1995 and November 1997, my "Born
Again " neighbour subjected me to assaults and
damaged three cars which I owned between those dates.
I confided in and sought advice from a local man who
was masquerading as a religious
"counsellor". I only discovered a year or
two later that this very counsellor was himself a
"Born Again Christian", the same devilish
group which my troublesome neighbour belonged to.
However , during 1995/6 this counsellor who is called
Dick Moore, Bagenalstown , County Carlow described
the activities of Satanic groups/covens which are
opperating in the Kilkenny city areas. Moore told me
many details regarding the activities and practises
of these covens. He explained how powerful people in
Irish society control and cover-up the investigations
of those missing persons who are destined for ritual
murder. He declared that top police, politicians ,
clergy and businessmen are witches in the Irish
covens , which have links with many covens overseas .
The
most important piece of information which Moore
passed on to me related to the disappearance of
Phillip Cairns! Moore declared that Phillip Cairns
was 'sacrificed" ,a human ritual murder, a
Satanic ritual involving covens in Ireland. Moore
also told me that he, Dick Moore, had prayed with Mrs
Alice Cairns, the mother of Phillip Cairns. Moore
deliberately concealed the fact that he and Mrs
Cairns were both members of the same "Born Again
Christian" group in Ireland which has
"house churches"in many counties across the
Republic.
Is it
not a coincidence that Phillip Cairns's aunt is also
called Moore? Before Mrs Alice Cairns married Phillip
Cairns senior , she was called Brennan and belonged
to a wealthy family in Kilkenny city which is
involved in the quarry stone business. After Mrs
Cairns was married the couple moved to the
Ballinabranagh townland, just outside Carlow town
,about 30miles from Kilkenny city. Ballinabranagh is
only a few miles from Bagenalstown where Dick Moore
lives.
There
can be no doubt that Dick Moore and Mrs Cairns have
met and are part of the same "Born Again
Christian" group, a fact confirmed to me by Mike
Garde , of "Dialogue ireland", the
so-called cult expert who lives on the northside in
Dublin. When I told Garde what Moore had said about
Phillip Cairns's sacrifice and the "Born Again
Christians" he was not pleased. Garde seemed to
take personal offense when I defamed the "Born
Again Movement" on one occasion while speaking
on the telephone . Garde , who is of German
extraction, admitted on a radio program that his
employers are the mainline churches , the Roman
Catholic Church and the Church of Ireland. A fact
which I should have realised when I first met up with
him in Carlow RC seminary in 1998 to discuss my
information.
When I
first fled to Kilkenny in 1994 I sent a statement to
Austen Currie Fina Gael TD for Blanchardstown, Dublin
in mid 1995 . The statement concerned the UVF
abduction attempt on me on 12th August 1994 and the
identity of the person ,once close to me, who had set
me up for the UVF. I met Austen Currie's secretary in
Blanchardstown Civic Centre and I discussed the
contents of the statement. I later met Austen Currie
TD in person at another venue in the area of
Blanchardstown which he used as a clinic.
In
November 1996 I sent a second statement of my
information concerning the "Born Again
Christians" and their activities in Kilkenny to
Austen Currie TD .At first Currie took the
information seriously but after a while his attitude
changed and became indifferent and told me he was no
longer interested in the information concerning the
"Born Again Christians" and their
activities in Kilkenny. He told me in no uncertain
terms not to phone him again and he was only
interested in his own constituents in Dublin . This
is curious because he was the Fina Gael Government
cabinet minister for Health at that time and part of
my statement concerned child abuse , murders and
missing persons.
No
Government action has ever been taken on any of my
statements since I contacted Austen Currie TD ; they
have been completely ignored, binned!
In 1997
, I realised no-one would believe my information
unless I supplied something else to back it up! I
took a conscious decision to record conversations
between myself and Dick Moore , "Born Again
Christian". This was a misdemeanor but Moore was
and is committing the greater offence by withholding
vital information concerning murders and missing
people!
I sent
copies of these recording to many people ,
politicians, police, journalists , social workers etc
in the following years 1997-2001 but again no action
has been taken. I have Moore on tape telling me that
Phillip Cairns was sacrificed! I have Moore telling
me on tape that top people , politicians, police,
clergy and businessmen are involved in Satanic covens
. Moore also explains how those cases of missing
persons which involve ritual murder are deliberately
covered up by those in authority in Government and
policing. Even with this supporting evidence from
Dick Moore , "Born Again Christian" , no
politician or policeman has taken any action to
investigate or interview Dick Moore. NB. The police
in Kilkenny have known of my information and the
tapes but have done absolutely nothing. It also
should be noted that I have no confidence whatsoever
in the Kilkenny Garda to investigate ANY leads which
point to the "Born Again Christians" in
Kilkenny or elsewhere in the Republic!
It also
should be noted that an article appeared in the
Kilkenny People in June 1997 featured Waterford
councellor Gary O'Halloran who told of high ranking
persons who were involved in child abuse . He said
that two Kilkenny Garda had been supplying children
for paedophiles for years and that a Government
minister, a Bishop, several well known celebrities
were known to be paedophiles. This expose' has been
played down ever since! The article threatened to
name the paedophiles on the internet ,but for
whatever reason they chose not to do so , much is the
pity!

There
are several similarities between Phillip Cairns case
and my own.
We both
share the same name, Cairns!
Mrs
Cairns and myself were both directly linked to
"Born Again christian" Dick Moore ,
Bagenalstown , Co carlow!
Mrs
Cairns daughter is called Suzan , my daughter is
called Suzanne!
The
person who set me up for the UVF in 1994 is involved
with the "Born Again Christians" in
Kilkenny , even though that person does not reside in
the Republic but has visited Kilkenny on many
occasions

The
case of Phillip Cairns will be forever linked to the
Kilkenny area with it's catalogue of murders ,
missing persons and suicides. The statistics for
murders , missing persons and suicides are
proportionally higher for Kilkenny city and environs
than any other town of similar size in the Republic!
I cannot think of another town with a population of
15/20 thousand which has equivalent figures as
Kilkenny!
The
question has to be asked ; "why are more people
missing and why have there been more suicides in
Kilkenny than in most other towns?"

I have
discovered that there has been at least 30 suicides
in the Kilkenny area in recent times. This figure for
suicides only came to light after a relative of a
victim of suicide in Kilkenny disclosed this on an
RTE program.
